Voter Registration

  • Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old on Election Day, and a resident of Wisconsin for at least 28 days.
  • How to Register: Online, by mail, or in-person at your municipal clerk’s office. Same-day registration is available at your polling place on Election Day.
  • Deadline: Varies by method. Check the Wisconsin Elections Commission website for specific dates.**Voting Options:**
  • In-Person Voting: Available on Election Day from 7 AM to 8 PM at designated polling places.
  • Early Voting: Available at municipal clerk’s offices or designated early voting locations. Check local schedules as times and dates vary.
  • Absentee Voting: Request an absentee ballot online, by mail, or in-person. Ballots must be received by the municipal clerk by 8 PM on Election Day.
  • ID Requirements/Photo ID: Required for voting. Acceptable forms include Wisconsin driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, and military ID.
  • No ID: If you don’t have an acceptable ID, you can obtain a free ID for voting purposes at the
